IQ Exports Split Entries with a Comma Into Two Fields (Resolved 4/26)

Previously, IQ Exports applied special formatting to the exported information so that entries with a comma (such as "Last Name, First Name" in the Mailing Name field) would not be split into separate fields when the exported file was opened in a spreadsheet program. CSV files normally treat commas as the indicator that a new field should be created, and the special formatting preventing this.

A recent update removed this special formatting, so currently any field that includes a comma will be split into two fields.
