CNA System - Screen Icons: Icons are gone or wrapping on the screen

Your icons are showing on two lines similar to the image below

It appears that you may be using Google Chrome as your internet browser. Google Chrome is not compatible with ConnectNow Accounting. See Release Notes below.

 Recommended:

  • Log out of the browser you are using.
  • Log into ConnectNow Accounting using either Firefox or Internet Explorer. 

Another Option: Enter the CTRL-0 (zero) keys simultaneously. This will put your screen back to the default screen size where the icons list across the top.

    Edge is not Supported by ConnectNow Accounting.
