Logos MC: Exporting Transaction List from BluePay

How do I export my transaction list from BluePay?

Below, please find the steps for exporting your BluePay Transaction List as we understand it. If these steps do not produce the results you are looking for, your next step is to contact BluePay at 866-441-9670.

1.  Log into your BluePay Account.

2.  Pull up your Transaction List. 

3.  Select CSV Export; if you want your report to have column headers, mark the option, then click Download.


4.  Each browser will display your saved file according to how you have set it up.

5.  Find the file and open it. 

6.  You may use these transactions to enter any transactions that did not sync into Logos.
