LC Forgot Password
They will be sent an email to the address associated with their Logos Connect Account. The member must click on the link in the email to verify password email was received before they can move forward.
Note: sometimes the donor gets a new email address and then tries to use the new email address as their username. This will not work if they set up the account with their old email address. The Church Administrator must contact Logos Support and give us the old email address and the new one so we can update the Member's Account.
