Logos Ministry Connect - Sync Utility not working: Not Hosted (How To: Admin)

For the Sync Utility to work properly, the Windows Login Credentials must be set up with the Serving Computers Administrative Credentials.

 To set them up, log into the serving computer with the Administrative Credentials and run the Sync Utility.

Click on the 'Login Setup' button at the bottom.

 Fill in the Serving Computer's Administrative Login Credentials. Note: If these credentials are updated in the future, it must be updated here for the Sync Utility to run automatically on schedule.

 

 

If the administrative credentials are unknown, a scheduled sync will not run. However, you may click the Sync Now button at the bottom of the Sync Utility and depending on how you are logged into the serving computer, the sync may run.
