Request Administrative Access to Member Accounts to add gifts
- This request must be made to firstname.lastname@example.org. Simply write an email giving your customer number and zip code. In the body of the email, request that we turn on the Church Admin access to Member accounts feature.
- Once the feature is turned on, the Church Admin may go to Church Community in Ministry Connect then click on contributions by donor. This will make the add/edit gift there is a button.
