How to reset a parishioner's password for My Own Church
Parishioner usernames can be found on their member record, and their passwords can be reset from there.
Go to the Family Directory then the Member List. Find the parishioner on the member list (or you can open the family from the family list) and click on the member record. Click the General tab and see the username and password reset button.
The site will prompt you to ensure you want to reset the password.
and once the prompts have been answered
Tell them to check their spam if they don't get the email.
