How to delete a staff assignment record

  1. In the Organization list, select the desired organization.
  2. Click Manage Staff to display the Staff List page.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the name of the staff member you want to remove.
  4. In the toolbar, click the delete button []. The software prompts you to confirm the removal.
  1. Click OK. The software removes the selected staff member from the Staff List grid.

  • I have tried to delete a person from the list of staff assignments but it won't let me because she has more than one assignment. I tried to go in and remove all but one assignment and it won't let me because I don't have her user name of email address. She has never been on our staff.

  • Hi Katherine. Thank you for reaching out. I see you also opened a ticket with our support staff, which is exactly the right thing to do in this case.
