How to export a list to a spreadsheet/CSV/Excel file
Do one of the following:
Click Family List to display the Family List page.
Click Member List to display the Member List page.
- If necessary, select the desired organization from the Organization list.
- If desired, apply the basic filters or advanced filters to create a filtered list of families or members you want to export.
- Click the export to excel button.
The .csv file is created.
- When prompted, choose the appropriate save option. Options vary depending on the browser you are using:
- Internet Explorer: click Save.
- Firefox: select Save File and then click OK.
- Chrome: click Save.
- Safari: click Save.
All fields in the list are exported to columns in the .csv file. The file also includes a Mailing Name column.
