How to create a new family record
- In the Family Directory, click Family Info at the top left corner.
- Select Add New Family.
- Type in the last name (if it is a common last name put in the first name too) and click Submit Search Criteria.
- If the family does not display, click Create New Family and fill in the names and address information, then click Update.
- Choose Yes to create the new member record and then click Close.
