When performing an Archive in CMS, the message "No more connections can be made to this remote computer at this time..." appears.
The archive must be done manually and a new icon must be made manually.
From the current CMS System, click Help | About | More Info and jot down the Working Directory setting. This is where CMS is physically located on your computer and/or network. i.e. Working Directory C:\CMS4WIN\
Have everyone on the network exit CMS and from your Windows Desktop, double click My Computer | double click the drive letter from the Working Directory setting | double click the CMS4WIN or FIN4WIN folder.
Click Edit | Select All | Edit | Copy.
Choose your C: drive or Network Drive letter where you want to make your Archive and click Create New Folder.
Name the new folder CMSYEAR ARCHIVE (i.e. CMS2008 ARCHIVE, CMS2009 ARCHIVE) or FINYEAR ARCHIVE (i.e.FIN2008 ARCHIVE, FIN08-09 ARCHIVE) and click Paste.
