PROBLEM: When posting payroll an error message displays that reads "the timecard field 'on which check each pay period?" for one of the employees is blank".
SOLUTION: From the CMS Payroll System, click Enter/Change Employees. Click Find and find the employee the error message is referencing.
Click the employee's Pay Data tab. Highlight the Pay Description the error message referenced and click the More Info button at the bottom of the display.
Click the down arrow at On which check for each pay period? and select First. Click OK.
