CNA Getting Started - Internet Explorer: Compatibility Fix

If using Internet Explorer, you may receive a compatibility error message when attempting to access your ConnectNow Accounting System which fills the whole screen.

 To correct this issue, your Internet Explorer must use the Compatibility Mode settings.  Use the following instructions to set the Compatibility Mode.

 Open Internet Explorer press the Alt key. Then, click Tools > View Compatibility Settings.


Enter the domain of the site you are attempting to access (i.e. or and click Add.

 Close all Internet Explorer windows.

 Reopen Internet Explorer and access your ConnectNow system as normal.
