CNA System - Browser: Internet Explorer v 10 or 11 - Compatibility Fix

If using Internet Explorer version 10, you may receive the following error message when attempting to access your ConnectNow Accounting System:

 

To correct this issue, your Internet Explorer must use the Compatibility Mode settings.  Use the following instructions to set the Compatibility Mode.

Open Internet Explorer version 10 and click Tools > View Compatibility Settings.

Enter the domain of the connectnowaccounting.com site you are attempting to access (i.e. manager.connectnowaccounting.com or diocesename.connectnowaccounting.com) and click Add.

 

It will be added to the list and look like thefollowing:

Close all Internet Explorer windows.

Reopen Internet Explorer version 10 and access your ConnectNow system as normal.
