CMS Contributions - How to Print Labels For Envelope Boxes?

You can use your CMS to print labels to affix to each box of Envelopes that you can distribute to your members for the following month, quarter, or year's contributions.

NOTE: If you wish to re-number your envelopes, see How to Enter Next Year Envelope Numbers.

From CMS Contribution, click Reports | Contributor Labels/Letter-Mailer | New Report | give it a name, such as Envelope Box Labels | click OK.

From the Label Selection Screen, click the down arrow at Sort and choose Envelope Number.  This will sort your labels in Envelope Number order.

Click the Person Additional Selections button located about half way down the left side of the display.

Click the checkbox at Envelope Number, located in the upper right corner of the display.  You can change the range as needed. Click OK.

Under the Print Additional Info section, located about half way down the right side of the Label Selection Screen, click the checkbox at Envelope Number.  This will print the Envelope Number on the label.

The default label is the Avery 5160 (3 columns x 10 rows).  If you are printing on a different size label, click the down arrow at Label Format and select the correct labels.

Click Print.

This will produce a set of labels for those people to whom you have assigned an Envelope Number, in Envelope Number order, printing the Envelope Number on the label!
