I think I have not been clear with my question....I have already run the report and see I haven't selected enough ministers for that mass. I update the number from 3 to 4. I want to rerun just to add that one minister not clear and rerun the schedule.
@Bill: Since enough ministers were not selected but the report has already been run, the best avenue would be to manually schedule the additional ministers.
