CNA Reports - Fiscal Year Missing: Why can't I see a fiscal year in the Configure Reports Screen?

Why can't I see the current year on the Configure Report Screen?

The available years on the Configure Report Screen are directly related to the Current Fiscal Year which is displayed in the top right corner of your ConnectNow Accounting Screen. To update your current period, you must close each period in your fiscal year until you get to period 12, then you must close the year.
