How to Create Mailing Labels in Desktop Family Suite.
1. To create Mailing Labels in Desktop Family Suite or Remote Solutions, you will begin in the Family Directory Module.
2. You will select Reports from the File Menu. Select ParishSOFT Reports and this will open Microsoft Access.
3. From the menu, you will select Census Menu.
4. Select Family Filtering and Sorting.
5. You will select your Filters (1), Sort Records (2) and Label Preferences (3).
6. Select Print Labels (4).
7. A pop up will appear with your Mailing Labels.
8. You can choose to Print or Export to Excel and Save.
