Why families can't see the pictorial directory in My Own Church

The pictorial directory has to be enabled in the Administration tab. 

To enable the Pictorial Directory in My Own Church:

1. Go to Administration - Organizations.
2. Click on "Edit Organization Record."
3. Now click on "Additional Organization Details."
4. On the left side of the screen you can choose to Enable the Pictorial Directory.
5. There are also options to choose whether to show the Family Photo, and whether to show Family Members.
