How to save a Family List Report as an Excel Document
- Go to the Family List in the Family Directory Module.
- Filter for the group of Families that you would like to generate a mailing list for.
- Go to Quick Reports and choose Family List.
- This will generate the Family List Report.
- In the top right hand corner of the report change PDF to XLS (or CSV for an non-formatted Excel file).
- Then choose the "Export a report and save it to the disk" button, which looks like a floppy disk.
- This will prompt you to open the file with Excel or Save it as an Excel Format.
