How do I move the system back to a prior period (reopen)?
If you are under an organization who manages your accounting software options, such as a diocese, you must contact them and ask them to reopen the period (Note: Support is not authorized)
If you are an independent organization, you must ask your Church Administrator to contact Support via email. Include the following information:
- The prior account period you would like opened
- Church Name
- Account number - The account number will be in the upper right corner
