G3 | How to change a donor's password/email address/phone number
To reset or change a donor account's password or email address in the G3 system:
- Look them up in the Donor tab
- Select Action
- To change their email address or phone number, select Edit Profile or to reset their password go to View Transactions instead of Edit Profile.
- At the top of their profile select Login As Donor »
- Select "My Account"
- Select [Edit my Information]
- Select (Update Password) → A Temporary password will be emailed to the email on the donor's account.
- Input the temporary password, the enter the permanent password 2 times → select Submit.
