How to Create a Family Workflow Group
With the following steps, you will be able to create a Family Workflow Group in which you can perform tasks such as email and mail merge.
- Open Modules in the File Menu
- Choose Family and Dynamic Workflow Groups
- Click on Groups in the File Menu.
- Select Add WorkGroup
- Name the Group.
- In the Families box, select Add. Search by last name.
- Click on Select this Family in the bottom right hand corner.
- Add all chosen families.
- When you add all of the families, you will select the Merge option.
