How to resolve missing radio button when attempting to review a new user(s) suspense request for My Own Church
The image below shows that the radio button for Stephen Apfelbeck is missing.
The lack of a radio button next to the name of the individual member in the "Select the matching Member Record" area means that the member ALREADY has a username and thus a login. You can check this by going to the Member's Record in the Family Directory and looking for a Username under the General Tab. (Note. You can select Edit Details, then use the Key icon to send that person a Password Reset email.)
