CNFS: How do I get back in after 3 failed login attempts?

If you have attempted to login 3 times and now see this screen: 



You will need to completely exit out of the browser and then reopen ConnectNow, and then you will be able to login. 

You may need to open up your task manager and end the program that way: 


If you're still getting that screen when you go back into that browser, you will want to try using another internet browser like Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
