When I import a CSV file from WeShare into ConnectNow, it only accepts about half of the contributions? Why is it rejecting the other half?
When you run the import, it tells you that maybe only 46% of the transactions were accepted. And then it gives you an error that contains the word "duplicate" next to the ones that have failed.
The reason for this error is because WeShare assigns contribution numbers to every contribution and sometimes it creates one that has already been used and so ConnectNow thinks this contribution is a duplicate.
To prevent this error, in the CSV file, delete the column with the contribution numbers (should be column J), and then import the file into ConnectNow. It should now accept all of the contributions.
