Verify Compute Taxes (Error); Account not Valid
If you receive the following error when processing Logos Payroll, it is likely for one of two reasons:
- The Payroll Date is incorrect
- You have not yet run the End of Fiscal Year routine and your General Ledger Accounts have not been copied to the new year.
The Payroll Date is incorrect
Go back into the Payroll Process and carefully check the Date Written for the Payroll Date. If you see it is incorrect, click the magnifying glass to the right of the date and update it to the correct date. Process payroll again.
