Why does my newly created staff only see family information?
This is usually the result of missing the Grant Login Privileges or ParishSOFT Access checkboxes in the Staff Access Rights of that user.
To check this go to the Administration Module, then Manage Staff. Click the name of your staff member to bring up their Staff Assignment. Then select the Access Rights tab.
In this case they did, so next, we checked the login and found that they were indeed in the My Own Church section of the Family Suite. To get back to the Staff Tabs, they can click Home, then choose Family Suite.
If neither of these is the case, please contact Support directly to troubleshoot further.
