How to include member contributions on statements 

Are your contributions records associated with member records, not family records? 

One of the simplest things to do when setting up your report is to select either the option to Run the Report for Members or Family (Include Member Gifts). Sometimes a gift is applied to the member record inadvertently. Selecting Member or Family (Include Member Gifts) option will catch those records.

  1. Go to the Donor Reports page.
    • Using the Navigation Bar, select Reports → Donor.
    • Using the Reports Card, select Donor.
  2. Select the Contribution Detail Statement Report.
  3. Run Report For: Choose Family (Include Member Gifts) or Member

  4. Follow the process to generate statements. See How to generate contribution statements
