How to export a list to a spreadsheet (CSV/Excel)
You may export the Family List or the Member List to an Excel CSV file.
How to get only the desired records
When you are on the Family List page or on the Member List page, you may filter the list and then export the resultant list to an Excel CSV file.
How to get only the desired fields on the output file
This list will contain all fields that are accessible on the Family List or the Member List pages, depending on how you have your grid options set. For the image below, only the Family name, Envelope#, and Family Email were selected so only those fields are on the exported list.
How to sort the list
You may sort the list by clicking the column by which you'd like it sorted. Clicking again will sort it in reverse order. You may also sort it after you export it using the Excel sort feature.
Your browser affects how the list is handled
- The output will automatically save to the file for which your browser is set up.
- The default file is the downloads file.
- Also, your browser setup determines if the file opens automatically, or if you have to find the file and click to open it.
