How to change the due date of a bill

When entering a new bill the current date populates in the Invoice Date field and the Due date is 30 days from the current date. If you change the Invoice Date the Due Date will also change. The application defaults the due date to 30 days from the invoice date. There is no way to change this default of 30 days but read on to learn how to change the due date once the default date has been assigned.

  1. Click into the Due Date field.
  2. Type the correct date or use the calendar pop-up to select it.
  3. Once you are satisfied the date is correct, click Submit
