How to close a batch when getting the error one or more funds are missing a revenue account
- Run the posting report to see the funds that are being used in the batch. The bottom of the posting report will show a list of funds used in the batch.
- Go to funds and search for the fund. For more information see: How to search for a fund
- Click on the fund name.
- Look at the revenue account.
- If the revenue account is showing Null - Null, choose the correct revenue account and save.
- If the revenue account is correct search, for another fund until you find the fund or funds that are causing the issue.
