How to select and order information columns for your statements
- Navigate to the Donor Reports page.
- On the Navigation Bar, expand Development→ Reports and select Donor.
-or- - On the Home → DM page, select Donor from the Reports card.
- On the Navigation Bar, expand Development→ Reports and select Donor.
- Once you are on the Donor Reports page, select Contribution Detail Statement Report from the report dropdown.
- Click the Configure (gear icon) in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select the Column Selection and Ordering tab at the top under Report Contents
- For each column you want to include in the report, select the Include checkbox.
- If desired, you can reorder the columns so that they display in a specific order by clicking the icon in the row for the column that you want to move and dragging and dropping it into the desired destination in the list. Then, release the mouse button to refresh the list. The column now appears in the new destination. Repeat for each column you want to move.
- Click Save & Close when finished.
