How to get a list of overpaid pledges

1. Select the columns of information you want on the report. 
   • Example of possible columns:
     
2. Select the fields for the conditions to include or exclude from the report and update the values.
   For example, Pledges Balance is less than  -1 to get the amount overpaid on the pledge. 
   • Example: Enter the conditions
     
3. At the bottom of the Query Builder, choose Unique Records Only and then click Execute Query.
   
4. Click Query results → Export to CSV
