How to allow or prevent organizations' access to net asset accounts

There is no way that a diocese user can access Net Asset Accounts for transactions and at the same time prevent other users from accessing them. You may temporarily toggle the setting to be able to access them and then immediately toggle it again to prevent its use.

1. In Consolidation Manager select Options.
2. Scroll down to the option: Hide Net Asset Accounts. 
   Note: The Option to Hide Net Asset Account is an all-or-nothing option.
3. If the option is checked the net asset account cannot be used in a transaction. If the option is not checked the account is available to users. 
   • Even when hidden, this account will be used automatically at year-end.
