How to edit a pledge record
- Go to the Pledges page.
- Using the Navigator Bar, select Pledges.
-or- - Using the Pledges Card, select Go to Pledges.
- Using the Navigator Bar, select Pledges.
- Search for and select the pledge record you would like to edit.
- The fields that may be edited are highlighted in the following images.
- Simply click into the field and add or replace the information.

To adjust payments, please see How to change which payments apply to the pledge. - You must always enter a reason if you update the pledge record. The changes will not be saved if a reason is not typed in.
See How to toggle the Pledge End Date on the page. - You may also edit the frequency of the pledge commitment. The initial payment information may not be updated here, but see #3 to learn how to update which payments are applied to the pledge.
