How many characters can be entered in the memo field when posting a contribution in a batch?
If you are getting the error listed in the image below when you save your posting, you must shorten the text in the Memo field (highlighted in yellow) to 100 characters or fewer.
Simply click into the field and either highlight the whole field (Ctrl-A) and delete to start over, or use the arrow keys to find words you can shorten or abbreviate. Then, simply click Save again.
