Why contributions are missing from reports or why specific funds are missing from the report selection options
If you can no longer report on specific funds because they are not available to select from the report selection options, it is likely because the Active checkbox has been unmarked for that fund.
- If you want to make a fund unavailable for contributions but still want to report on the fund for historical reporting purposes, simply give the fund and end date, but keep the fund active.
- If you no longer want to report on a particular fund, you may unmark the Active checkbox.
