The following Technical issues may affect the Offering or Religious Ed tab:
- Your computer's clock
- Pop-ups are blocked.
- You are using Internet Explorer or another internet browser not compatible with our software.
- If your computer time is not accurate this will prevent Offering from opening and you may just see a blank blue screen. Please follow these steps to update your computer's clock.
- ParishSOFT Family Suite uses pop-ups to open the Offering and Religious Education Modules. If your pop-ups are blocked, the page will not open. Below are steps you can take to unblock pop-ups in your browser: PS Administration - Pop-up Blockers: How to disable pop-up blockers for your browser
