To streamline contact data management across parishes, diocesan administrators can enable the Import Contact Information feature in ParishSOFT’s PSDio Admin module. This guide outlines how to activate diocesan-level permissions and assign staff-level access, ensuring secure and efficient data imports from external sources.

1. In the Diocesan Suite, go to Administration → Module Settings.
2. In the left panel under Census, select Import.

3. Mark the checkbox for Allow assignment of Import Contact Information permission by Organization Admins and click Save Settings.
