How to resolve printing issues caused by a recent update to Chrome and Edge
A recent update to Google Chrome and to Microsoft Edge is disabling the printer button when previewing a report in ParishSoft Accounting.
We have found a solution for Google Chrome but we are still working on a solution for Microsoft Edge. If you are using Microsoft Edge, we recommend using either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome with the changes below.
To fix the issue in Google Chrome:
- Go to the three dots (ellipsis) at the upper right and choose Settings.
- Click Privacy and Security or scroll down to Privacy and Security. Then, click Site Settings.
- Scroll down to Additional content settings and click that option.
- Click PDF Documents.
- Make sure that this option is turned off.
