How to resolve printing issues caused by a recent update to Chrome and Edge

A recent update to Google Chrome and to Microsoft Edge is disabling the printer button when previewing a report in ParishSoft Accounting. 

We have found a solution for Google Chrome but we are still working on a solution for Microsoft Edge. If you are using Microsoft Edge, we recommend using either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome with the changes below.  

To fix the issue in Google Chrome:

  1. Go to the three dots (ellipsis) at the upper right and choose Settings.   elipsis.png
  2. Click Privacy and Security or scroll down to Privacy and Security. Then, click Site Settings.

  3. Scroll down to Additional content settings and click that option.

  4. Click PDF Documents.

  5. Make sure that this option is turned off.
