My DM screen entry says I am not authorized
When you select the Diocesan Development Tab in the ParishSOFT Diocesan Suite software and a message displays indicating that you are not authorized to view this application, the following steps may help.
- You must be authorized to use the program. Ensure your login credentials grant you access to this program.
- Clear your cache.
- Try to access the Diocesan Development tab again. If you still get the error, please contact your diocesan administrator.
