My DM screen entry says I am not authorized

When you select the  Diocesan Development Tab in the ParishSOFT Diocesan Suite software and a message displays indicating that you are not authorized to view this application, the following steps may help.

  1. You must be authorized to use the program. Ensure your login credentials grant you access to this program.
  2. Clear your cache.
  3. Try to access the Diocesan Development tab again. If you still get the error, please contact your diocesan administrator.
