How to change the accepted payment methods
There are two ways to change which payment methods your organization allows depending on your situation.
- Select the correct option(s) on your main giving form as described in the following how-to article: How to set the accepted payment method on a giving form
- Contact support so they can exclude any of the following: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and/or check cards (ACH).
- The default setting in the system allows all payment types.
- If you wish to change this contact support at support@parishsoft.com or 866-930-4774 Extension 2.
