How to create a new donor account on the MinistryOne App
If your Parishioners want to create recurring gifts in your MinistryOne Application, they will need to have a giving account. If they don't already have a giving account, they can follow the instructions below to create one.
- On the MinistryOne App go to the Giving screen.
- In the Giving screen tap the Account icon at the top right.
- Tap Create Account.
- Fill out your information and enter a security pin of your choice. Once finished, click or tap Create Account.
- Your Profile page will display. Here you can edit your existing profile to change or update information, add saved payment methods, or sign out of your account. To get out of your profile page, tap the X icon in the top corner.
