How the software handles mailing address when that field was left blank

The home address will be used unless a mailing address is entered and selected in the Primary Address dropdown.

  • The mailing address tab fields are used when a family does not receive mail at their home address such as if the family has a P.O. Box.
  • When the mailing address should be used, select the option for mailing address in the Primary Address dropdown:
