How to add/remove a signature image for your statements
Before you can add a signature image, you must create one and have it available for upload. For information on how to create the image, see the in-app help article, How to create a Signature Image.
Also, there is a limit of three signatures. If you migrated over and you have more than three, you must delete all but two to add one. (see second image under #4)
- Navigate to the Donor Reports page.
- On the Navigation Bar, expand Development→ Reports and select Donor.
-or- - On the Home → DM page, select Donor from the Reports card.
- On the Navigation Bar, expand Development→ Reports and select Donor.
- Once you are on the Donor Reports page, select Contribution Detail Statement Report from the report dropdown.
- Click the Configure (gear icon) in the upper right corner of the page.
- Scroll down to the Signature field and to add a new signature, click the add button (+).
- Note: A maximum of three signatures is allowed. If you have three saved and need to add another, you must delete one first. To delete an existing signature, use the dropdown to select the signature and then click the red minus button to the right. (see next image down)

- To add a signature, click the Change button.
- Your browser will open.
- Select the signature you have saved to your hard drive and click Open.
- Label and save the signature.
- Unless you have other fields to update on this configure screen, click the Save & Close button at the bottom of the screen.
