How to manage the IRS disclaimer on donor statements

  1. On the Navigator Bar, expand Reports and select Donor or select the Donor page link from the Reports Card.

  2. Select the Configure Report action button in the upper right corner and then select Contents.DonorReports_Contents.png
  3. At the top of the Report Contents page, there are three tabs. The page opens on the Statements tab which is where you may update the IRS Disclaimer option.

  4. The IRS Disclaimer options are in the middle of the Report Contents pop-up. Simply choose which option is correct for the statements you are generating.

  5. Select the Save & Close button at the bottom of the pop-up.
