How to resolve the error, "Donor does not have an active pledge and pledges are required for this fund"

This error is the result of a combination of two things:

1. Either the fund is marked as one which requires pledges.
2. Or this donor does not have a pledge record.

To remedy this you must do one of two things:

1. Either remove the fund requirement for pledges.
2. Or, Add a pledge record for the donor
