How to move students back when promoted in error
The same options are used when moving a student back a grade as are used when promoting a student to the next grade.
- Select Tools → Class Promotion.
- On the left, choose the term and class you want to move FROM.
- On the right, choose the term and class you want to move TO.
- On the left, click the green + button
next to each student you want to add to the new class. - At the bottom, click Promote Students.
This will move the students to the grade you choose.
