How to give users the ability to login to their dashboard

Also described as, "How to generate login letters for users"

You may generate a login letter through the software which contains the ParishCast link and the user credentials using the following steps.

1. Hover over Users
2. Click View Users
3. Select the users for whom you want to create a Login Letter by clicking the checkbox next to their name on the left side of the screen. (Can be one or more users)
4. Click Generate Login Letters (shown above).
5. Open the download called ParishCastloginletters.rtf. This is how it looks when using Chrome.
   
6. Send the Login Letter to the user.
